Mainland UK Orders -
All our goods ship with Royal Mail, and we charge postage based on weight with a minimum fee of £2.50. This includes all packaging, handling and postal expense. Goods may be split into several packages for the protection of the goods or simply to facilitate ease of postage. Shipping generally takes between 3-10 working days.
We now offer Royal Mail Special Delivery. If a order is received and processed before 12 noon, we will endeavor to dispatch your goods the same day, to arrive in the next working day.
If an item is unavailable for any reason - we will notify you via email and send all other goods separately. For larger orders we urge people to use the courier option as tracking is available. Courier service is provided by UK Mail, for a fixed fee of £8.50.
European Union -
Our goods are sent via Surface Mail to all available European Union countries for a fee based on weight. The minimum charge for shipping to the EU is £3.99. This includes all packaging, handling and postal expense. Goods may be split into several packages for the protection of the goods or simply to facilitate ease of postage. Shipping generally takes between 1-3 weeks, due to any customs searches that may occur. If an item is unavailable for any reason - we will notify you via email and send all other goods seperately.
We also have a Courier option available to ensure that your goods arrive quickly and are trackable. We urge people making larger orders to use the Courier. Courier service is provided by UK Mail, for a minimum fee of £16. Please note that some EU countries are not included. This is due to the pricing structure that couriers use.
In Store Pickup -
If you live locally to our physical store, then choose this shipping option to collect it from us. It is imperative that you WAIT for the confirmation email that your goods are with us, otherwise you may make a trip only to find that the product is out of stock and thus unavailable until we receive a delivery. You will be sent an email with the order status of "Pickup". This means that your goods are set aside for you to collect.
Partial Orders
As of May 1st 2010, we now operate a partial order scheme, whereby if an item on your order is not in stock, we will send out the rest of your order first, at no extra cost. Shipping prices has not changed to accommodate this. By shipping partial orders, we hope to be able to get customers at the very least some of their items as soon as we can.
Order Status Meanings:
Failed - Your order has failed, payment has not been received. We can still fulfill this order should you contact us and pay for your order!
Declined - When we refund an order, we will set the status to declined.
Processed - This means your order has been made successfully with an accepted payment.
Complete - This means your order is complete, we have shipped all goods to you.
Back Ordered - This means we have shipped some of your order, whilst we are waiting for other items that we may not be able to locate due to stock or supply.
